At Outsunny, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchase. If your new garden furniture or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture sets.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
